Alison Regalado
Program Director
Alison Regalado joined NPSI as the Program Director to lead core programmatic strategies within the organization. With a profound commitment to advancing equitable access to quality education, Alison has spent her career at the intersection of education policy, program development, and strategic implementation. Alison brings with her 16 years of experience developing and executing educational strategies that have improved postsecondary access for nontraditional students. Before coming to NPSI, Alison was at National Louis University where she developed meaningful partnerships with school districts and college access organizations to develop a responsive, student-focused, enrollment process that eliminated unnecessary barriers for traditionally underrepresented college goers.
Prior to that, Alison worked at the Chicago Public Schools where was responsible for increasing Career and Technical Education offerings and developing the tools, processes, and systems to support the continuous improvement of early college and career programs. In 2020 Alison completed the Surge Institute’s Fellowship Program strengthening her dedication to reshaping leadership in education.
