Amanda Mitchell is the Operations Manager with the National Postsecondary Strategy Institute (NPSI). Her primary responsibilities include in-person and virtual conference management, including communication with venue and vendors, speakers, and participants, on-site (and virtual) point of contact, speaker trainings, and printed material. She handles all marketing materials and logistics for webinars, including IT Support. She also updates the website and all social media platforms. Prior to NPSI, she was the Project Associate for American Institutes for Research (AIR). Mitchell holds a Psychology degree from Illinois State University.
