As the Director of Partner Engagement for the National Postsecondary Strategy Institute (NPSI), Cristina supports partners in building inclusive practices and policies to increase equitable outcomes for students. Prior to NPSI, Cristina led a team to design and facilitate communities of practices for educators that fostered learning, innovation, and collaboration. She has worked with school districts, higher education institutions, as well as local and state governments, to evaluate programs, gather community input, and improve operational efficiencies to better serve students and families.
