San Antonio Equitable Enrollment Collaborative (EEC)
Through a partnership with UP Partnership, NPSI is working with five school districts and three higher education institutions on improving postsecondary outcomes in San Antonio.
Goals
The purpose of the EEC is to provide a tailored space where professionals from secondary and postsecondary institutions across San Antonio and Bexar County can convene to build formal and actionable strategies for increasing students’ postsecondary success.
Objectives
The EEC organizations collaborate on:
- Inventory of existing strategies and initiatives
- Equity audit of who strategies serve
- Intra- and inter-institutional strategy innovation
- Assessment of gaps and progress using data dashboards
