The Superintendent Academy is designed to support the role of Superintendents in setting a vision of success and developing the district structures to make the vision a reality.

Collaborative Academy for Postsecondary Success

In the Academy, teams are guided to create a postsecondary plan that leverages the people, policies, and practices that are available to advance district postsecondary outcomes. The Academy also provides a collaborative space for superintendents and their senior leadership teams to refine their plans with input from district leaders and educational experts from across the country.
